Acceptable Use Policy

1. General

Use DroneGallery for its intended purpose — researching unmanned systems and connecting buyers with suppliers — honestly and in line with applicable law.

2. Unlawful use, export control and sanctions

• Do not use the service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful.
• Many products listed are dual-use or military items. You are responsible for complying with export-control, sanctions and import rules — including the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821 and EU, UN and other applicable sanctions. Do not use the service to seek, offer or arrange transactions with sanctioned persons or destinations, or to evade controls.
• Do not use the service to plan or facilitate unlawful surveillance, violence or other harm.

3. Scraping and automated access

• Do not scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically download content from the website — by bots, scripts or other automated means — or copy substantial parts of the catalogue, except through our public API within its published limits, or with our written permission. Search engines may index public pages according to our robots.txt.
• Do not collect email addresses or other contact details of manufacturers or users from the service.
• Do not place disproportionate load on the service or circumvent rate limits, caching or access controls.

4. Enquiries, RFQs and leads

• Only send genuine enquiries and RFQs with accurate contact details. No spam, test, bulk or automated submissions, and no impersonating another person or company.
• Do not use enquiry forms to advertise, sell to manufacturers, or send unsolicited marketing.
• Manufacturers may use lead data only to respond to the enquiry and for follow-up the requester would reasonably expect, in line with data protection and marketing law — not for reselling, list-building or unrelated marketing.

5. Accounts and profiles

• Do not create accounts with false details, share accounts, or access accounts that aren't yours.
• Only claim profiles of companies you are authorised to represent.
• Do not manipulate rankings, reviews, analytics, follows or sponsored placements, for example with fake traffic or accounts.

6. Content you submit

Do not submit content that:

• is false or misleading, including inaccurate specifications or claims about competitors;
• infringes intellectual property, confidentiality or privacy rights;
• is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, hateful or obscene;
• contains malware, tracking code or links designed to deceive.

7. Security and integrity

• Do not probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the service, or bypass authentication or security measures.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or interfere with the service or its infrastructure, or share machine credentials.
• Found a security issue? Please report it responsibly to info@dronegallery.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosing it.

8. Enforcement and reporting

We may remove content, withhold or cancel leads and placements, suspend or close accounts, block access and, where appropriate, notify the authorities. Please report misuse to info@dronegallery.com.
