Terms of Service

1. About these terms

DroneGallery is operated by Cemco Consulting ApS, Denmark ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the website and its services. By using DroneGallery or creating an account you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

DroneGallery is a business-to-business service. If you use it on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that company, and "you" includes the company. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. The service

DroneGallery lets you discover, compare and research unmanned systems, components and software; send enquiries and requests for quote (RFQs) to manufacturers; and — for manufacturers — claim and manage a company profile, receive leads and buy promotional placements. We are a directory and marketplace for information only: we are not a party to any agreement between buyers and manufacturers, and we do not sell, broker, deliver or guarantee any product.

We may change, add or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

3. Accounts

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. Use your own work email.
• Keep your password confidential and complete the email verification when asked. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us immediately at info@dronegallery.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
• You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account.

4. Manufacturer profiles and content

You may only claim a profile for a company you are authorised to represent; we may ask for evidence and may reject or revoke a claim. When you submit content (for example product corrections, updates, images, documents or videos), you confirm that you have the right to do so and that it is accurate and lawful. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt (e.g. normalise units or resize images), display and distribute it as part of the service, for as long as it is on the service and a reasonable period afterwards for backups. Factual specification values may be kept in change history for provenance.

5. Enquiries and RFQs

• Enquiries and RFQs must be genuine, concern a real business need and contain accurate contact details.
• We forward your enquiry to the manufacturer(s) you select. If a profile has not been claimed, the enquiry is sent to us and we pass it on. We do not guarantee that a manufacturer will respond, quote or deliver, and no contract is formed through DroneGallery.
• Manufacturers receiving leads may use the contact details only to respond to that enquiry and any follow-up the requester would reasonably expect, in accordance with applicable data protection and marketing law. Reselling or bulk exporting lead data outside the service is not allowed.
• Access to lead contact details may depend on the manufacturer's plan.

6. Paid plans and Boosts

• Prices. Current prices are shown on the pricing page in euros and exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Paid features are intended for businesses; consumer rights of withdrawal therefore do not apply.
• Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also accept Stripe's terms. Plans are billed monthly in advance; Boosts are one-off payments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can change or cancel your plan at any time in the billing section of your dashboard; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep the paid features until then.
• Boosts and sponsored placements run for the stated period from the time payment is confirmed. They are always labelled as sponsored and never change factual specifications or organic rankings. We may decline or remove a placement that breaches these terms or applicable law; if we remove one without a breach on your part we will refund the unused part.
• Refunds. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where these terms say otherwise or mandatory law requires it.
• Changes and late payment. We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes to existing subscriptions, which you can avoid by cancelling. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it succeeds.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy, which among other things prohibits unauthorised scraping, misuse of enquiries and RFQs, and use in breach of export-control or sanctions law.

8. Intellectual property

The service — including its software, design, texts, illustrations, and the selection, structure and normalisation of the catalogue — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and the EU database right. You may use the service for its intended purpose and share links to it. Except via our public API within its published limits, or with our written permission, you may not copy, extract or reuse substantial parts of the database. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their use on DroneGallery does not imply endorsement.

9. Catalogue data and third-party content

Much of the catalogue is collected automatically from public and third-party sources and has not been verified by us or by the manufacturer. It is provided "as is", and we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or current. Always confirm specifications, prices, availability, certifications and legal requirements with the manufacturer before relying on them. Details, and how a company can claim, correct or remove its data, are in the Data Disclaimer. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

9a. Who provides which information

Every listing shows where its information comes from:

• Manufacturer information — content a company that has claimed its profile provides or approves (for example descriptions, images, documents and corrections). The manufacturer is responsible for it.
• Collected automatically — facts our crawler gathered from public sources, linked to those sources and marked as not reviewed. See the Crawler Policy.
• DroneGallery-generated information — our own descriptions written from the facts, unit conversions, classifications, comparisons, rankings and values marked "Reviewed", which means our editors checked a value against its source. "Reviewed" and "Identity verified" are statements by us, never an endorsement by the manufacturer, and never a certification of a product.
• Sponsored placements are paid for by manufacturers, always labelled "Sponsored", shown separately from the regular results and never affect the regular ranking or factual data.

9b. Copyright and takedown

We link to images, datasheets and videos on the owner's own servers rather than copying them, and we don't reproduce marketing copy. If you believe content on DroneGallery infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, send a notice via the request form or to info@dronegallery.com, identifying the work, where it appears and your right to act for the owner. We review notices promptly, remove or disable infringing content and tell you what we did.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Information on DroneGallery is not professional, engineering, legal or regulatory advice.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or for loss caused by reliance on catalogue data, by manufacturers or other users, or by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and EUR 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for gross negligence or intent.

If you use the service for business purposes, you will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you submit or from your breach of these terms or applicable law.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or cancel a claim if you breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the service or other users. Where reasonable we will give notice and a chance to remedy the issue. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8–11 and 14) continue to apply.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we will notify account holders at least 30 days in advance by email or on the site; continuing to use the service after the change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Danish law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction, with [the City Court of Copenhagen (Københavns Byret)] as the court of first instance, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
