Data Disclaimer

Last updated 25 September 2026

DroneGallery aims to be a complete, neutral map of the unmanned-systems industry. To get there, much of what you see is gathered automatically. This page explains what that means for how you can rely on it — and how a company can take control of its own information.

1. How catalogue data is collected

Company profiles, product listings and specifications are largely compiled by automated systems from publicly available sources: manufacturers' websites and datasheets, press releases, trade-fair material, distributors and public registers. Values are extracted, converted to common units and matched to existing records. Some content is supplied directly by manufacturers or added by our editors.

2. How to tell what has been checked

  • Profiles and listings that were compiled automatically and have not yet been claimed or reviewed show a notice: "Automatically compiled — this information was collected from public sources and has not been reviewed by the manufacturer or DroneGallery."
  • Specification values carry a source marker showing where and when they were found and how confident the extraction was.
  • Every profile and listing shows its origin — Collected automatically, Reviewed by DroneGallery or Managed by the manufacturer — with the source link, when it was retrieved and when we last checked it.
  • "Claimed" means a company representative manages the profile. "Identity verified" means we have verified who the company is. A value marked "Reviewed" was checked by our editors against its source. None of these is an endorsement or certification by the manufacturer or by us.
  • Sponsored placements are always labelled and never change factual data.

3. No responsibility for accuracy

Automatically collected information may be incomplete, outdated or wrong — for example because a source was ambiguous, a unit was misread or a product has changed. It is provided "as is" for general research. Neither Cemco Consulting ApS nor the manufacturer is responsible for its accuracy, and we accept no liability for decisions made in reliance on it (see section 11 of the Terms of Service). Always confirm specifications, prices, availability, certifications, export status and regulatory requirements with the manufacturer before you buy, integrate or operate anything.

3a. How listings are ranked

The default "Recommended" order uses relevance to your search and filters, whether the company's identity has been verified, and buyer interest (views, comparisons and enquiries). Payment never affects this order. Manufacturers can buy sponsored placements: these are always labelled "Sponsored", appear in separate slots (for example above the results or in a category's featured slot) and are not an endorsement by DroneGallery. You can also sort by newest, popularity or key specifications.

3b. Industry news

News and press releases are collected automatically from public sources such as company press rooms, blogs, RSS feeds and investor-relations pages. We show only the headline, publication date, publisher and a short summary written in our own words, and every item links to the original. The original publisher is responsible for the article itself; we don't check its content. Publishers can ask us to remove an item through the report form.

4. Claim your profile — free

If you represent a listed company, you can claim its profile at no cost using a work email on the company's domain (other evidence can be reviewed manually). Once claimed, the automatic-data notice is removed and you can propose corrections, publish updates, add media and receive enquiries directly.

5. Corrections

Anyone can report an error with the Report a correction link on a listing, through the request form or by emailing info@dronegallery.com. Claimed profiles can propose corrections from their dashboard. Proposed changes are reviewed before they replace existing values, and every change is kept in the listing's history.

6. Removal

A company can ask us to remove its profile or specific products through the request form or by emailing info@dronegallery.com from an address on the company's domain (or with other evidence that you represent it). Tell us which pages are concerned. We aim to act within [e.g. 10 business days] and will confirm when it's done. We may keep a minimal record that the company asked not to be listed, so our automated systems don't add it again.

7. Personal data

Profiles can include business contact details of company representatives that were published by the company. How we process these details, and your rights to access, correct, object and have them erased, are described in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.
